Skills Centre PLUS students visited Heta Engineering as part of the National Apprenticeship Week

The year 10 students from the St Lawrence Academy in Scunthorpe participated in a range of engineering activities during the visit. They also found out about career pathways into engineering.
"The students were a real credit to the Academy.They were great ambassadors for the Skills Centre and were keen to find out about the future of engineering" said Nigel Longstaff - Skills Centre PLUS Director.
We would like to thank Heta for their hospitality. The experience will not only help the students with their studies but will help them make an informed career choice in the coming months.
